ENTRY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
You must provide your own model, and you must only use Kissable Lips Cosmetics products. You may use feathers, diamonds, etc. from other companies to create your fantasy look, but you must only use Kissable Lips Cosmetics for the competition. For Example: Foundation, eye shadow, blush, lip gloss/lipstick, mascara, liner, brow powder, concealer, etc. all have to be products of Kissable Lips Cosmetics. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations will result in immediate disqualification. NO EXCEPTIONS. By purchasing this CREATING FACES SECOND ANNUAL FANTASY MAKE UP Competition and Show Non-Refundable Entry Fee, you acknowledge and agree to the above Rules and Regulations.
