All returns must comply with the return procedure set
forth below, whether purchased online or in-store. All
returned items must be in new condition, including the
original box, packaging, manuals and accessories.
Return Policy
No refunds, all sales final, exchanges
only.
No exchanges are allowed after 10
days from the date of receipt, or if the UPC code has
been removed from the packaging (if applicable). Exchanges
are only acceptable if the item is defective or damaged
due to shipping. We cannot exchange used product.
All sales are final; refunds are not
allowed under any circumstance.
Return Procedure
In order to initiate the return of
your merchandise, contact
us for further instructions. You will need a copy
of your receipt and all original packaging including
the original box, manuals, and accessories.
