Are you interested in opening your
own store?
We are actively seeking highly qualified business
people to join our System as Owner/Operators. Owning
a Kissable Lips Cosmetics retail location is a tremendous
opportunity. We are seeking individuals with significant
business experience who have successfully owned or managed
multiple business units or have led multiple departments
and who have significant financial resources. We are
passionate about satisfying our customers, growing our
business, making money and having fun. The financial
requirements vary depending on the method of acquisition.
Financial Requirements/Down Payment
An initial down payment is required when you purchase
a new retail location (40% of the total cost) or an
existing retail location (25% of the total cost). The
down payment must come from non-borrowed personal resources,
which include cash on hand; securities, bonds, and debentures;
vested profit sharing (net of taxes); and business or
real estate equity, exclusive of your personal residence.
Since the total cost varies from retail location to
retail location, the minimum amount for a down payment
will vary. Generally, we require a minimum of $10,000
of non-borrowed personal resources to consider you for
a franchise. Individuals with additional funds may be
better prepared for additional or multi-retail location
opportunities.
Financing
We require that the buyer pay a minimum of 25% cash
as a down payment toward the purchase of a retail location.
The remaining balance of the purchase price may be financed
for a period of no more than seven years. (Kissable
Lips Cosmetics does not offer financing at this time,
but can refer you to a number of lending institutions.)
Ongoing Fees
During the term of the franchise, you pay Kissable
Lips Cosmetics the following fees:
- Service fee: a monthly fee based
upon the retail location’s sales performance
(currently a service fee of 4.0% of monthly sales).
- Rent: a monthly base rent or percentage
rent that is a percentage of monthly sales.

Kissable Lips Cosmetics can not predict which retail
locations will be available when your training is complete.
Flexibility to relocate for a retail location opportunity
may be required.
Q: Does Kissable Lips Cosmetics
franchise to partnerships or investors?
A: Kissable Lips Cosmetics franchises retail locations
to individuals who personally operate their retail locations
and are involved in the day to day operation of their
retail locations. We do not franchise to partnerships
or allow investors.
Q: I have a piece of property
that would be ideal for a new Kissable Lips Cosmetics
retail location; will Kissable Lips Cosmetics develop
the site and award the franchise to me?
A: The site selection process is separate from our franchisee
selection process. We make the decision to develop a
location because we believe it will be a success. Kissable
Lips Cosmetics manages the entire site evaluation process,
and we will make the decision to move forward based
